Same thing happend to me a few years ago, all I did was when you turn you pc/laptop on is keep tapping F10 go through all of the options and it should start your computer like the first day you got it. COPY ALL THE FILES YOU NEED OVER TO A MEM STICK OR SOMTHIN B/C SUM TIMES IT DELETES ALL DOCUMENTS. Need any help post here. :D

Try downloading Combofix:
Go down and install it from one of the links on that page. It should hopefully get rid of the trojan, and any other junk you might have. :)

If that doesn't work, there are a few other programs you can use.

Just copy your important files to a thumbdrive/CD first. ;)

I have a "side-job" as a pc technician. However, what I mostly do on those cases is bring with me a portable anti-virus scanner/remover and file-recovery software.
What you could do is:
1. Most Anti-virus have a DOS version for those cases.
2. Start your PC on Safe Mode, and acess Administrator login.
3. Execute a full scan with auto-heal or auto-remove infections. (Its use should be instructed within the program, if not, I'll need to know your AV)
4. After it does that, restart your PC. If you think you're virii free, gratz. If not... You can either:
5a. If you got all installation executables of all your currently installed software and you can get to ur files, burn them on a DVD or some CD's. Then format ur HD. This way you'll make sure you'll get a 100% perfect running pc (until you star dl'ding dirty things ;)...... like torrents.). Reinstall everything. You'll be 100% virii-free.
5b. If you haven't got all your installations executables, or you can't access your files, or you don't know/don't want to risk losing data while formatting/can't burn CD's/DVD's, I could only help you if I could access your PC. So you should call a technician (not Techy, btw :)), or Google for some solutions (using another PC of course).

Good Luck with ur infection, and make sure you don't access emails or forums from your PC. We'd like to stay clean :P
