I think that along with the training thing in an earlier thread, which I think is only for combat but not sure, I think we should do the same thing with non combat skills!
We could make it a competition to see who gets most experience in a skill during one week/month, but its only for one preselected skill for each contest.
For example: woodcutting contest (not real, just an example)
we'd have a start date and an end date, a sign up sheet here on forums. at start of contest, we'll log on the sign up sheet how much exp you had in that skill, in this case woodcutting when the contest began, then at the end of the contest, lets say a week, we'll put your ending experience for woodcutting. Whoever has the biggest gain in experience will win the prize. In this case, we could use the same system as the training prize thingy in a previous thread. Your thoughts here please!
In terms of the training competitions, we were actually planning on doing combat every two weeks, then a certain skill the other two weeks. So, say,
Week 1-2: Combat
Week 3-4: Woodcutting
Week 5-6: Combat
Week 7-8: Fishing
See what I mean? :o
OH!! I see what you mean now. I was confused from the last thread with the poll about it... It didn't say anything about it being entirely combat or skilling based, so I decided to make this thread. Thank you for clarifying.
It was origionally combat only, but we decided to expand onto skills too.
Thanks for clarifying, was confused because I thought I missed something, which I did...the original thread for the contest! lol :P
If someone could lock this, I would be most appreciated! :holiday:
