History:
Isshin HSiba was born in Aquaroya and learned water alchemy at an early age from an old man in the city, as he grew up, he heard about the great Roy Mustang and his use of fire alchemy. When he was fifteen, he searched for the man who taught Roy alchemy and learned it himself, then combined that with his knowledge of water alchemy to become a powerful alchemist. When thugs noticed his arrays on his hands when they tried to rob someone and Shiba had tried to help, they ran off. He decided to tattoo over them so that they would be hidden and his alchemic abilities would be hidden. After he turned eighteen and was legally able to take it, he left for Central to take the State Test, that is what he is doing now.
