I am constantly having debates over the topic of time. Is time manipulable? Is it always constant? Does it change?

I'm personally on the side that it is a constant. Perception varies but time itself does not. Any challengers to my viewpoint?

I think that the best way to answer this question is actually with another, what is Time? Without knowing the answer to that i think that there is know way to debate or to reinforce your statement.

Time is a constant movement forward. For example. You drop a pencil. The pencil drops to the ground. The act of dropping occurred in real time. After it finished it laid in the ground. Is there a rewind button to have the identical thing occur? No. Time travel is impossible. Going into the past can't occur. The only way it could possibly occur would be if you already were a part of it. In other words nothing is changed because it already occurred. If time travel was possible, past travel could happen. However, you couldn't go back forward. you can't go forward to something that hasn't happened.

Overall, I still say time is a constant. Not in the future or past but was is every moment. Time itself is not manipulable, only our perception of it is.
