I finished it at 3 AM this morning. Wow, what an experience. Let me know when someone else has finished it so I can discuss it with someone. I think it's the best one yet, in a weird way. Definitely the most well written and emotional.

An author I recommend it L.E. Modesitt Jr. specifically his Saga of Recluce series. I've only read two of his books so far but I greatly enjoyed it. It does have magic, but he did a good job of making it operate differently than magic in other books. The two books I've read by him are "Magi of Cyador" and "Scion of Cyador."

His writing style is difficult to read in a way but once you get use to it, it's a lot of fun to read.

Ok, I bet several people have this book (just by the baism in this forum), but you guys should pick up and read American (The Book) by Jon Steward. Hilarious reading...

Also, if you want something mysterious and weird reading, try House of Leaves, by Mark Danielewski. Very interesting indeed...if not for the typewritting set of which is made.

Yes, Eragon and Eldest were very good books. I enjoyed them. Can someone tell me what was the point of the book, The Great Gatsby? I mean it takes two hundred pages for Daisy and Gatsby to kill Wilsons wife and then Wilson Kills Gatsby. What is the point????!?!?!

I thought Eragon was decent, but could have been better - the plot wasn't very original at all. It was fun to read though.

the great gatsby? lol

well i don't really remember that book, but i could've told u two years ago for sure. now i will try my best.

well... the rich suck basically lol. they all were having an affair except nick who unfortunately ended up getting very involved in the whole mess. gatsby was the rich guy that didn't suck...well not the most anyways. he was a good guy. he jsut loved daisy and unfortunately he was poor and daisy wouldn't marry him...now she;s stuck with this rich guy who she isn't happy with and so her marriafe sux...so the other guy (her husband) goes and has an affair. poor wilson. the guys killed gatsby because he thought that he killed myrtle, so gatsby ended up dying...

well the point is that the rich suck. huh.gif

idk i really don't remember anything else lol sry commiepig i tried

On a Pale Horse by Piers Anthony was a masterpiece. I recommend that you read it. The language is masterfully used and the storyline ingenius. It can be a bit creepy at times though. If you don't like the idea of reading about death (death as a person doing a job) then it's not your type of book. But even then I still recommend giving it a try.
