Two weeks after the flag was raised, the Transgenics are looking forward to their newfound haven. Max, Alec, Joshua, Mole and the rest of Terminal City don’t have to run anymore, they’re safe. As they slowly turn their new home into their own fully functional City; an old enemy arises.

After being kicked to the curb by The Conclave and the Phalanx for failing to successfully remove all traces of the Transgenics, White is back and more spiteful than ever. But is he the person they really need to fear?

Logan Cale can’t be with the one he loves. Not only can he not touch her, but he cannot be in the same place too long without being exposed to biohazards. He is still working hard to save the world and is trying to help sway the opinion of the public towards allowing the Transgenics to be free to live like humans.

Now with the Government, White and Manticore aside; they still have the angry mob of people that forever stand outside the gates of Terminal City. Violent and furious; awaiting their chance to rid their town of such ‘horrible’ creations...
