All prices are in US dollar unless otherwise noted. Except for Mahindra Axe, all items are available ONLY as license production. This is due to production lines being filled already with orders for Indian Armed Forces.

The Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) would like to purchase 2 Shardul-Class tank landing ships and 10 Car Nicobar Class fast patrol boats. The total price of this is: 259.6 Million USD

Accepted, deliveries are as follows:

Shardul: 1 per year starting in 2013.
Car Nicobar: 3 per year starting in 2019.

However, we would grant you license production rights for the Car Nicobar-class, in order for you to recieve the units faster than this. We propose a Joint venture with Garden Reach Shipbuilding & Engineering (GRSE) of India owing 50% and a company of your choice owning 50%. The plant to be constructed in Indonesia. If acceptable to you, delivery would be in the timeframe of 2010-2014, five years ahead of schedule. but at a slightly higher cost (cost of constructing plant) equalling 11,6 million per ship instead of 10,8 million. If accepted, India would be interested in placing a order for 12 ships to be constructed after the fullfilling of your order,at the plant in Indonesia. Thereby guaranteing work at the plant for the next decade.

The Indonesian weapons and vehicle manufacturer PT Pindad would be willing to accept this joint venture. Already, we have found a suitable place to create this plant, in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. We are more willing to sacrifice a few dollars in order to receive these ships, which are of excellent quality.

That concludes our business for this time. We thank the Indonesian people for its trust in our friendship and products, and hope to do more business in the future.

OOC: Effective imidiatly, India considers any negotiation or meeting where the other party has not responded within 48 hours, to have failed due to minor difficulties or similar reason. Should you want to continue negotiation after that period, you will have to re-request a meeting.

Vikrant/70000 ton Carrier Program:
Brazil would like to make a formal request for one [1] Vikrant-class carrier to be built in Indian yards, at a cost of $3.5 Billion USD, with delivery in mid-2014, and commissioning in 2015. In addition, we would like the understanding to be included that Brazil will be able to produce one 70000 ton carrier for it's Navy only, as previously agreed. As a result (as previously discussed, again) we will be contributing $250 Million USD to this Indian carrier program over the next two years.

We accept the Brazilian order.

Mexico would like to know the prices of the surplus Mi-8s and D0-228s

The Russian Federation is unfortunately obligated by policy to prevent the sale of Russian strategic bombers to third parties, and as such I must block the sale of your Tu-142 aircraft.

We are willing to negotiate for the repurchase of any Tu-142 India wishes to retire.

@Russia: At your request the transfer of said items have been stopped. What price would russia give us on a re-purchase?

OOC:Amzi, almost any offer will do, the alternative is to scrap them.

Rosoboronexport offers $18 million, or $20 million credit toward new Russian arms per Tu-142.

We would offer India $1.5 million USD per Mi-8

Russia: We gladly accept the credit for future purchases.

Mexico: Offer accepted.

Mexico would like to puchase 25 Mi-8 helicopters for a price of $37.5 million USD. And we would like to know if we could receive these helicopters earlier than the listed 2012. Preferrably this year or the following. ((Same deal for Do 228s))

As well as 8 Do 228 for a price of $16 million USD.

Russia thanks our Indian allies for their understanding.

Credit will be applied at the time the bombers are returned to us.

Sadly we can not accept Mexicos request, as suitable replacements will not enter service before the dates already given.

Very well, we will accept the prices as previously said and the timetable set by the Indian government. Is this acceptable?

Brazil would like to take one Sea Harrier on loan for evaluation, if possible, with the intent of purchasing the Indian fleet when it becomes available.

Mexico: Acceptable.
Brazil: Sadly we only have very few aircraft and an not spare a single one until said date. You are welcome to inspect and fly the aircraft in India, during operations, if it pleases you.

Excellent. We will begin payment once the aircraft begin arriving in 2012.
