This new thread is to help interpret the "oral law" of 21c. We dont really have much in the way of codified rules here, so I created this thread so questions about gameplay can be asked and a ruling can be made on them. This is sort of a modified complaints thread, but not quite. We'll see how it works out (hopefully well).

Any rulings can be reversed, but previous rulings are to be given a lot of weight. So there should not be many reversals unless the previous ruling is not adequate or relevant anymore.
