I honestly think any of those countries would fit the bill, and the Maldives would also be semi-African-kinda.

I suggest Nepal so you can do some RPing with the Maoists and we could possibly do some joint spec-ops operations. Bhutan is always just a little bad ass, and Sri Lanka is a sucky mini-India. Dont let me make the decision for you though, do what you want.
