Gmail does this quite a lot, as long as the link on the email links to this site and the page hasn't been hijacked with java-script (unlikely, 21c is pretty secure) you can ignore it.

If you are worried about it being sent by someone else Don't manually navigate to the page mentioned, That will have the same effect as clicking on the link.
