For year 2016, as some of you may have noticed, we have not required players to declare their GDP growth rate. Instead, I have individually gone through each claimed nations' spreadsheets (and even some critical nations that are not claimed) and have manually updated them myself. As of 2016, everyone's spreadsheets should be accurate and up-to-date.

One of the things that I was surprised to find was how many people had not updated their spreadsheets to current date, and even in a couple of cases not at all since the round's beginning. It is important to stress that the spreadsheets are the single, solitary economic authorities on your nation on 21c. The only numbers that matter, in terms of economic growth, budgets, and military spending, are on that sheet.

Please be advised that no player is to alter any part of the spreadsheet that is in red. The yellow cells are the only ones which you should be changing. If you need/want to change a figure, value, or percentage in a red cell, please PM me with the alteration.

Also, please also note that, as stated in the Duty Free Shop Guide, all players are required to post a Military Budget post, per the rules of the Military Budget thread, before any military purchases will be considered valid. Your military budget it, surprise, surprise, located on your spreadsheet.
