Dear Election Magistrates and Judges:

Request 01: This is a dirty political trick of Gana and Arena to win the women's vote and the Presidential election. All women should be appalled and outraged by Gana's dirty trick. As the Savladorian people are entitled to vote for a serious potential first round presidential ticket, we request the first round elections be declared invalid.

Request 02: As a still registered Arenista and political representative of her party Arena, Ana Vilma de Escobar should be barred to run with Gana for Vice President of El Salvador.

Request 03: The personal and alleged ill health of Jose Wilfredo Salgado Garcia, should be investigated and verified by this tribunal. Any violations should be fined $ and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the laws.

We will investigate and consider your requests and concerns as quickly as possible. We order all political parties and potential Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates for President and Vice President of El Salvador, to cease campaigning until this investigation is resolved. This decision was voted on and approved by all 10 Magistrates and Judges of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal.

On Request 01: A new potential fist round and second round Presidential Election would be too costly $. Request denied by a vote of 6 to 4 Magistrates and Judges.

On Request 02: As All Salvadorians have a right to vote a secret ballot, that cannot be traced by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. As Ana Vilma de Escobar has the right under our constitution to vote anyway she wants too, while representing a different political party. After a democratic vote, 5 Magistrates and or Judges voted for, 5 Magistrates and or Judges voted against. When there is tied vote of Magistrates and Judges no action for or against the request in taken.

On Request 03: The personal reasons of Jose Wilfredo Salgado Garcia are personal, therefore not within the jurdistiction of the Magistrates and Judges of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. This part of the request was voted on democratically and agreed too on a unanimous vote of 10 to 00. As a prominent and respected Doctor has testified and provided information to the Magistrates and Judges of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. Request 03 is denied by a democratic vote of 6 to 4 Magistrates and Judges.

Differing point of view of 4 of the 10 Judges and Magistrates: While the prominent and respected Doctor has testified and provided information as to the ill health of Jose Wilfredo Salgado Garcia, we feel the medical information to be insufficient. The close and personal political connections of the promininent and respected Doctor to Gana are questionable as to the integrity of the prominent and respected Doctor.

The order banning all political parties from campaigning has been lifted, by a democratic and unanimous vote of all 10 Magistrates and Judges.
