These facilities will include housing for the workers that will be appropriate and well maintained by the operating American corporations. Healthcare and education facilities will also be attached to these sites to give the employees and their families a better chance of a strong future. If acceptable we shall collect the armoured vehicles and guns by ships, operated by the US Military Sealift Command, and will have units on the ground take in the Swift Boats for scrapping by local companies once all military hardware has been removed safely for disposal.

The President of Vietnam accepts your offer on condition that half of the factories are for Aircraft production as Vietnam wishes to develop domestic aircraft production. The president stresses that none of the aircraft will be used against the United States of America or its Allies.

Vietnam has bought a RoRo ship from Plymouth Ship Brokers for $5 Million. The MV Mykonos [More info here]

It is to be converted to carry 8 VTOL aircraft or helicopters. The conversion is expected to cost $10 Million and includes strengthening the decks, Lengthening elevators and heightening the Lower vehicle deck to convert it into a hangar.

OOC: I would suggest looking toward a reliable shipbuilding nation and soliciting them to do the work for you.

And as I said before, your price is way too low. There are some significant structural changes that will take a lot of work and cost a heck of a lot more money.

I am doing it as cheap as possible. It won't cost more than $10 Million, probably less.
