The leftist FMLN denounces the right wing Arena party's Halcón Plan as a destabilization plan during the upcoming legislative elections. According to the FMLN, the Halcón Plan uses right wing organized mobs to intimidate voters from voting for the FMLN, not citizen security committees to guard against voter fraud and violence. The Halcón Plan is designed to keep voter turnout low for the FMLN, while increasing voter turnout for Arena.

04 - ARENA Splits - New Political Party Forms:

16 ARENA Deputies defect before the next upcoming legislative elections, reducing ARENA to 16 Deputies. A new Moderate Conservative Party of Social Justice (GANA) has been created. GANA is led by former ARENA Leader and President of El Salvador Tony Saca, A Salvadorian of Palestinian Catholic Chrisitan descent on his Paternal side. The Leftist FMLN has been governing in coalition with these 16 traitors for some time, before the official creation of GANA. Everyone in El Salvador knows Tony Saca wants to be President of El Salvador again in 2015.

The government of El Salvador has negotiated a truce of violence between the Salvadorian street gangs, the military and police, in exchange for transfering arrested gang leaders to lower security prisons and improved conditions within the prisons. Shortly after the recent Legislative Election defeat of the FMLN government of President Carlos Mauricio Funes Cartagena, Minister of Economy Héctor Dada Hirezi resigns his post. The often moderate leftist President of El Salvador Carlos Mauricio Funes Cartagena has often been critized by members of the FMLN and leftist allies for too often taking into consideration the Right Wing views of the opposition. Which many cite as the main reason for the FMLN's defeat in the recent elections.

11 - President Carlos Mauricio Funes Cartagena's Popularity Poll:



Despite recent legislative and mayoral election losses of the leftist socialist FMLN, 65.20% of the Salvadorian people support President Mauricio Funes Cartagena - FMLN. 32.40 % of Salvadorians oppose President Mauricio Funes, 02.40 % are undecided. But 60 % of Salvadorians oppose the President's FMLN Party in power. The often moderate President is liked for his wisdom, pragmatism and Independence of judgement from his party in power.

Government purchases $ of Medicines to Health Centers at a lower cost to patients has increased from $ 27 million to $ 40 million USD's, 48.15 %. Health Unit Centers have increased from 327 to 624, by 90.83 %. 2,576 new health professionals have been hired. The Health Budget has been increased from 399 million to 596 million USD's, by 49.37 %. Free $ school uniforms and school supplies have been provided to all students. A free $ lunch program to students of poor families has been implemented. Due to higher costs $ of imported fuels, an electricity rate increase $ has been suspended for 3 months with an indefinite option.

270 gullies, 24 bridges to somewhere have been constructed, with 13 more bridges to somewhere in progress. The Public Works Ministry has built and rehabilitated over 300 kilometers of highways and rural roads.
