Jean-Bautiste Hossein walked back into the familiar office of the Prime Minister. Last time he was here no one knew except a select few. Now, He was on official government business.

As he took a seat in front of the Prime Minister, he exchanged formalities and shook hands
Good Afternoon, How's Everything, Kids, Etc.

"I am very good, and you?" The PM nodded to the Syrians answers.

"So let's kick off this meeting!" he said with a smile.

Well, As you know Syria has always maintained relations with Mauritania, all be it on a small scale, but relations nonetheless. Syria is hoping it can build upon this relationship economically, militarily, and culturally.

Syria would firstly like to propose a aid package for Mauritania as it endures this occupation and seeks progress forward out of a rough past.

We would offer a total of 100 Million in monetary aid. As well as the help of engineers, doctors, and workers if they are needed.

"Yes, the people of Mauritania are in great need of such a generous gift from our Syrian allies. I can already tell you most of this money will be going towards our education, and healthcare systems, as those are the two in need of the most repair."

The PM paused with a look of thankfulness on his face. "As for militarily, we will have to wait for NATO to leave our country before this can be placed into effect. But what were you thinking militarily?"

OOC: NOTE THIS IS ALL VSIC.

Good, The Syrian Government will review the progress and If more is deemed needed we will pledge more at the beginning of the new year.

Yes, We see your problem and it is quite unfortunate. After NATO leaves we would propose to supply your country with military equipment. Old and New equipment would be supplied as Syrian Armed Forces continue to modernize. Anything from tanks, as your country has received from us in the past, to missiles and aircraft.

Also, Monetary support might be available for Mauritania to advance its armed forces. This would have to be reviewed in the Syrian Government first.

I am sure more will be thought of as people think more upon the issue and we will address that as it comes.

"Yes, this is a very gracious gift, and I can tell you we would need missiles for defense more than anything. Because we were unable to receive the Scuds and other missiles you were delivering due to NATO's tight watch on the borders. So those missiles that we originally procured still need to be delivered, along with future missiles. They will simply be used for intimidation, and only used if we absolutely require it.

How much monetary aid could Syria donate to Mauritania?"

Yes, We will definitely provide some sort of Missile Package once NATO arrives in addition to the Missiles that were stalled across the border.

In terms of monetary aid, I do not know necessarily what amount it will be. The Syrian Government will have to see what is allowable under the current Syrian Budget. I am sure however that it will be a generous amount to ensure Mauritanian progression.

"Our nation looks forward to the Syrian assistance, and our future relations. The missiles to be delivered, what sort of payload will they posses, in case launch is necessary?"

And we look forward to assisting.

The current payload on the missiles waiting to enter are 985 kg of High Explosives. They can be switched with chemical or biological payloads if the Mauritanian government sees it fit.

As for the Kornets and Metis-M's are both Tandem HEAT warheads. Anti-Personnel warheads are also available for those.

"Chemical and Biological weapons would be most appreciated. Mauritania is going to need modernized weapons to combat the worlds hypocrites who would otherwise threaten national security of Mauritania. What chem. or biological compounds would Syria approve of for Mauritania?"

We would suggest beginning with some of the more "easy" Chem-Bio weapons. Something like Mustard Gas or perhaps Risin, Sarin, or Tabun. We suggest that if you choose to start a Chemical-Biological Warfare program, you begin with these "easier" agents. If you just seek to be supplied then everything is available really; Anthrax, VX, etc.

The PM had a very maniacal grin on his face as he began.

"Mustard gas, Anthrax are good starters, we are in the process of training scientists for this job. It will be very expensive but it can be done, and in order to properly defend Mauritania, it must happen."

Ok, Once the pesky NATO kids are out we will send some warheads.

Syria would be willing to send some of our scientists from our Chemical-Biological warfare production facilities to help train your scientists in the proper production steps to avoid any mishaps in your program.

"Yes, your scientists will be necessary to establish this very expensive program. Could we receive an estimate as to how many warheads can be donated, or erm...paid for to be sent to us?"

Hossein shared a quick laugh

Syria will donate 10 warheads one for each of your current Scud-D's as a sign of blooming friendship.

We will donate 10 million as another sign of good faith for your growing Chemical-Biological Production facilities and abilities.

"Very good, and this will be benificial for the both of us, as the money you are donating will seem to be "Aid" for "education" or "healthcare", this money will get you to appear as a hero in NATO's eye's for doing a good deed....little do they know."

Once again Hossein let loose a somewhat maniacal laugh.

Yes, I am sure they will view all my gestures as good will. Unfortunately, There peering eyes still remain in your country. I hope they leave soon so everything may proceed.
