FOX: Representing the Murdoch Empire is the primary cable-news channel Fox News which covers over a hundred million people nationwide as is a component of the largest news network in the world. It is primarily a conservative news agency however there are several noted non-conservative anchors working within the company.

CNN: Representing the Turner Empire is the other major cable-news power broker CNN with a coverage equal to that of its competitor Fox. It was the most noted for becoming the first agency broadcasting on 9/11 and for its major neutral coverage of the 2008 election.

WSJ: Representing the financial side of the media network is the Wall Street Journal one of the largest papers in the world being published across the globe in a variety of formats.

NYT: Representing everything else in the media market is the New York Times the primary news source of the Big Apple. The Old Gray Lady has a readership of approximately one million people in hard copies each day.

CNN: Breaking - Announcement from the Paul Campaign, Q1 2012

Alabama - This is breaking news from down in Alabama where Ron Paul, on the campaign trail, has made a surprise announcement that threatens to alter this campaign drastically. At first word the instant speculation was that this was it, his resignation from the race, but movements on Twitter indicated that something else was up and it was indeed. Addressing what press could be hastily assembled the Texas Congressman had this to say;

"...now I hold a lot of respect for my fellow candidates, I have strived my best to keep this campaign as clean as possible however I have made the decision that, in the interests of the nation, the following information should be released to the public so that they are truly aware of who they are electing to the Oval Office come November. I have information here covering over several prominent candidates and related figures that I feel should become public knowledge if they are in the contest to become President of the United States. As an initial strike I have chosen, at complete random from my four fellow candidates, Speaker Gingrich and will at the strike of noon today eastern be releasing a dossier via my campaign website, twitter and other social media covering a certain incident in his past.

Now before that I'm going to give you journalists a chance to do some real work and investigate this yourselves. Haha. Cause I've been watching your coverage of this election season and you have not been doing too good a job, have you now. As such I suggest you get out your phones and get onto your buddies with Newt and you tell him just one name, and make sure to tell him its from me. Okay you good with that. Yep. Sarah Bead, alternatively known as Sarah MacArthur."

Following a quick hustle of phones as newsrooms around the country went into action stations the candidate then went on to address the issues of his campaign.

"Now we are doing good over Super Tuesday, we have our delegate counter still moving upwards which is always good and we are determined to take second place overall by the end of these three primaries because let me tell you Ms Bead is not the only story I have to tell yet. And all those of my fans and followers who've coined the phrase 'too bad he won't win' I am calling on you especially to pick up the cause, pull out some enthusiasm. This campaign is not over and will not be over until Barack Obama is removed from office come this November. Our economy and our future relies upon this, your work now is essential."

FOX: The Sarah Bead Exclusive, Q1 2012

New York – “…And that concludes our exclusive, first in the nation, interview with Sarah Bead in what looks to be one of the defining events of the 2012 GOP race. We now cross to our reporter on the ground in Mississippi who is at the Gingirch Camp, it absolute chaos there since the press time incident, what’s happening now Steve?”

“Well John as you said chaos is the right word for it the situation here has been manic. Michael Krull, the campaign manager for Newt 2012, had come down for this Primary from Atlanta where they running things from – he was there when things went viral following the Speaker into the wings going into crisis control. Evidently something has happened there, he hasn’t liked it, and he announced his resignation about twenty minutes ago to the mass of press outside the campaign building. Joe DeSantis who had prior to this been the Communications Director for the Speaker is now believed to have assumed the management position on a short term basis, that is however unconfirmed.

Now another interesting statement came from Bob Ryall, he is the former Ambassador to Tanzania and was the commerce secretary for South Carolina, many there in the business world wanted him to be there governor. He has been a long term Gingrich supporter and was here trying to rally up votes, now he has come out having apparently watched a segment of your interview just then and has spoken to the Speaker – he is also not happy and has said that this development means that Gingrich should drop out from the GOP race immediately. He has also stated that if Paul has similar material on the other candidates as he has indicated he should do the decent thing and release it all now in one go so that we can get this stage over and done with so that the race can continue.

I have one last segment for you here, support for Paul in the latest polls conducted by several local television stations – we have Ron Paul now leading in Mississippi, very close with Romney however but this is a rapid growth, I have similar results from Alabama also so we are going to have an interesting day tomorrow.”

CNN: The New Race for the White House, Q1 2012 [14/3/12]

Alabama – What a forty-eight hours it has been, it started with four men Romney and Santorum battling up the top with Gingrich and Paul straggling behind, it ended with only two an incredible sweep of three states by Ron Paul as he takes to the top of the polls. Securing comfortable victories in Alabama and American Samoa he narrowly beat nearest rival Mitt Romney in both Hawaii and Mississippi. Gingrich’s fall from grace was dramatic, virtually ending his political career and maybe to his marriage many are saying after details of several major affairs were released by the Ron Paul Campaign who proceeded to pull of the unthinkable and locate the women responsible within an hour to put them on nation television to tell their story within two. It now looks set that the Republican Primary race is a question of two, Paul has a lot of catching up to do if he is to get those all so essential delegates to the national convention – however some are speculating that we may not even make it to Puerto Rico without some form of deal being reached between Paul and Romney, both good friends, to unify the Republican party behind them. Santorum has come and stated that he would loosely support any efforts to reunite the Republican party he himself announced that he will endeavour to move to Washington so he can rebuild the Republican Party for his own second try in 2016 should they fail to beat Obama.

In terms of the final result we are still trying to get some decent figures in from across the nation, the speed in which this situation has developed is affecting that. We do however believe that at the present time of the two remaining candidates Ron Paul stands the best chance of beating Obama, this does not include the rumours that he has ‘something on’ the President many people are waiting to see if this is true or just a rumour, as for Romney he is pretty on par these days any attempt being very difficult for him to win outright without a full recount which would be difficult to push through, especially as Obama is an incumbent President.

FOX: Obama Condemns Georgia Manoeuvers, Q2 2012

Washington DC – Following recent reports of a minor battle between Russian Special Forces and the Georgian Military that resulted in deaths on both sides the President has addressed the nations and has made calls for peace in a press statement this morning at the White House.

“Over the past month or so we have seen some of the best progress since the end of the 2008. Secretary Clinton made a very successful tour to both Georgia and neighbouring Armenia to boost relations in that area and to fully endorse the plan for a United Nations mandated referendum on the independence of South Ossetia. It was our hope that this referendum, hopefully to be followed up with a solution for the other region, would begin the process of ending the conflict once and for all to allows us to rebuild this area and improve the quality of life of all those living there. Now I don’t know what Russia was playing at, The Pentagon is running at full pace at the moment to try and establish just that, but I’ll say this simply ‘I don’t like it’ and should these sorts of activities continue and threaten to derail plans for that referendum then I will be looking at the options available to me. I strongly call upon President Putin to cease all military action of this nature in that region, to join us in the United Nations and to solve this problem immediately.”

CNN: Election Wrap April, Q2 2012

Washington DC – United They Stand. The Republican Party seems set to unite behind the two man team of Libertarian Ron Paul and CEO Mitt Romney who look set to be easily able to dethrone Obama in November ending months of instability within the Republican Party. Former candidates have already come out in support of the move including former Governors Jon Huntsman, Utah, and Gary Johnson, New Mexico, both of whom are believed to be in contention for potential cabinet positions. Rick Santorum, former candidate and Pennsylvania Senator, stated that he would optimistic about their fortunes but continued his stance that no matter the result in November the Party was still broken and would need fixing and that he was the man to do it, it is expected he will be moving to Washington DC shortly to take up an as of yet unknown senior party leadership role.

As for other cabinet figures it is believed that Ron Paul will be given the relative flexibility to pick his own team with Mitt Romney covering the financial sectors to try and fix the economy, the area he is likely to focus on, using a mix of Ron Paul’s drastic cuts and Romney’s big business plans. It has also been speculated that we will see a more Libertarian Secretary to the Treasury responsible for the primary focus which will see a massive audit of the Federal Reserve. Others likely to be in cabinet include Judge Andrew Napolitano, long favoured by Ron Paul supporters as either a Vice-Presidential Candidate or as Attorney-General with the latter likely now, Jim Forsythe who is resigning his State Senate seat is also a likely member.

People that will not be in any potential cabinet however include the present cabinet members, most of whom have stated they have no intention of serving under a Paul Presidency as well as the candidates two eldest sons Ronnie (Ron Jr.) and Rand who have stated they intend to serve in Congress not in cabinet, Rand already being the Junior Senator for Kentucky and Ronnie widely tipped to succeed his father as Congressman for Texas’ 14th District. Lori, Robert and Joy his other three children are as of yet unaccounted for in the plan although it is expected that both Lori and Robert will continue with their medical careers for the time being at least with Joy speculated as joining her parents at the White House as some sort of aide to her mother Carol Paul who will be one of the oldest First Ladies in recent times, Paul himself being the oldest President inaugurated should he win the election.

In addition it has been confirmed that the United States Secret Service will be giving some form of detail to both Ronnie and Rand during the campaign and they will be eligible to receive a full detail should their father assume office, this will replace the private security ran by the Paul Campaign that had been protecting their father and then them after the infamous incident over Rand Pauls arrest by the TSA, an organisation they now say will be shut down as part of Homeland Security Reforms.

CNN: Concerns Raised Over Georgia Arms Deal, Q2 2012

Washington DC – The worsening situation in the Georgia (country) region has spread its impact to the United States as details were announced by the State Department of a recent arms transfer to the nation which has now come under increased scrutiny for the management of its two secessionist movements that are vigorously supported by the Russian Federation. Whilst Russia has made no public announcement on the situation it is believed to be likely, according to experts, that America supplying F-16s to Georgia will be a very controversial decision and could spark a dispute between the two nations.

The transfer itself was part of a larger deal that also took in Armenia posting major boosts to their economies, which are heavily supported by American capital, such as port facilities and this deal along with one for patrol boats was key to the arrangement by equipping the nation to protect itself. Secretary Clinton herself was party to the arrangement during her recent trip to both Georgia and Armenia.

WSJ: Clinton Takes in South East Asia, Q2 2012

Darwin – Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has touched down in Darwin this evening aboard her state jet en route to a major meeting with her Australian counterpart Bob Carr, the previous Premier of New South Wales (Governor Equivalent) and now a serving federal Senator, that is set to encompass several major regional issues most prominently being the current situation with West Papua’s independence move from Indonesia that Australia supports fully on self-determination ground. Previously Clinton had taken in meetings in Brunei and New Zealand being flanked by Defense Secretary Leon Panneta throughout.

The position of the United States on the declaration is so far unknown but it is expected that a major decision will be taken over the coming days, likely to involve cooperation with Australia and other regional allies of America who are valued quite highly. Some experts believe a Timor Leste style solution is likely to be on the cards which could involve American participation alongside forces from Australia, New Zealand and international partners.

CNN: Obama Will Make Final Trip to China, Q2 2012

Washington DC – In what could be his last overseas visit as the most powerful man in the world the State Department and White House have confirmed that the President will be visiting the People’s Republic of China as his finale visit of his first term in office before setting down at home for the re-election campaign that pits him against a now strong Republican showing of Ron Paul and Mitt Romney backed by the now united republican establishment. This meeting will be noted either way for being the last of China’s President, Hu, who will step down later this year and enter retirement after the completion of his term.

Over their Premierships the two men have worked well together for common benefits and it is a sign for many that relations with China have warmed considerably in recent years that such a meeting is possible, previously major allies such as those in NATO had only received the honour pointing that the mutual respect between the two superpowers is stronger than ever.

CNN: Japan and South Korea Clash, Q2 2012

Tokyo – In a move that could prove concerning to the United States two of its strongest allies in the East, South Korea and Japan, have reportedly clashed over reports that the North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has made a secret and unannounced meeting to the southern capital of Seoul. The meeting reportedly picked up on by Japanese intelligence, who are close monitors of events in the North, with a dossier delivered to the Prime Minister in Tokyo who apparently outraged about not being notified such an event, a potentially game changing one at that, was taking place. Generally such events are closely monitored by all and involve careful military planning.

It is as of yet unsure as to whether the South took the liberty to notify the United States about the meeting either, although it is mutually agreed by most that if Japanese intelligence had picked it up then the CIA had to and most likely had briefed the President on the matter. It is unsure as to whether American forces in South Korea and Japan were specially prepared for any potential implications of the meeting, nor whether the United States has also launched a complaint to the government in Tokyo if they too had not received notification.

WSJ: Breaking: Indonesian President Opens Doors For Peace, Q2 2012

Darwin – As Secretary Clinton goes into another series of talks with Senator Bob Carr, the Foreign Minister of Australia, the President of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has announced a major development in the dispute over the sovereignty of West Papua which has been attempting to declare its independence from the Republic of Indonesia. This follows a previous announcement on the potential of human rights breaches being undertaken by Indonesian authorities in the provinces, including the military and local police, which will now face regulation from international watchdogs who have been called in to address the situation.

This recent announcement calls on the armed militia forces of the secessionist movement, previously responsible for several key terrorist attacks and assassinations on symbols and figures of what they consider to be the Indonesian occupation of their territory, to finally put down their arms and allow the dispute to move into open dialogue with the national government. Whether or not there will be any involvement with the international community has yet to be seen and no specific measures have been confirmed for how the program will be undertaken, such as arms amnesties or similar.

CNN: Cuban Missile Crisis II, Q1 2012

Washington DC – In breaking news brought to us by Russia Today it appears that the military talks between the Castro Regime on Cuba and Putin’s people from Russia has resulted in the agreement that a major Russian base will be built within the Caribbean well within striking distance with the US Mainland in what looks to be a repeat of the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, an event that defined the Kennedy Regime. The cited reason being the arms transfer of sixteen F-16 jets to the government of Georgia who Russia holds a longstanding dispute with that culminated in the 2008 War and recent difficulties in the peace process.

No official statement from the President has been issued however the fear in Washington is said to be high, it is expected that the Secretaries for Defense and State will be back in the capital within forty-eight hours to meet with their cabinet colleagues. In the meantime the issue over what to do with Cuba remains solid, a full embargo is thought to be considered with the unlikelihood that Cuba could support itself without its support from America in its new state which is highly unstable due to its transitional nature. This arrangement follows a similar one with Angola, a major African nation that is the primary exporter of oil to the People’s Republic of China.

The decision’s major implications are set to be on the Presidential Election however with the Paul Campaign launching a tirade of attacks on the White House for bringing out a repeat of the Cuban Missile Crisis and leading America into a situation that it can simply not address. Whilst Mitt Romney, supported by several major political forces, including Rick Santorum, now a member of the Republican National Committee, and former President George Bush Sr. . Previously Paul himself had commented that the general American policy towards the Georgian issue was flawed and pointed out that it was not America’s right to intervene in Russian Affairs. Speaking on behalf of him this afternoon Congress-Candidate Ronnie Paul (Ron Jr.) stated that he “hoped that at the very least Obama was on the phone with Putin … [and] … not just sitting this out.”

CNN: Obama Finds it tough on the campaign trail, Q3 2012

Boston – He’s gone from being a hero to a zero, previously having one of the highest levels of support amongst the young voter base with his charisma and personality the President’s four years in office have continued a downwards spiral that now puts him well out of the race with a seventy-six year old man leading the polls. Promoting libertarian values, the freedoms enshrined in the constitution and to legalise marijuana Ron Paul has continued to rally support alongside former candidate and now likely Secretary of State Jon Huntsman. Backed up with the support of major stars from across all forms of media, including major internet celebrities who are really hitting the campaign race hard for their candidate and proving that Ron Paul’s faith in online media was well placed.

Attending a rally at one of Massachusetts largest Colleges where in 2008 the President received large amounts of support he found the current student base much less supportive with Ron Paul banners adorning most walls of the school and only a small group of faithful Liberals holding his corner. And this is not the first, a major trend of youth support for the Paul campaign will be highly concerning for Obama as this was a key voting group in the last race that really clinched him the Oval Office, failing to secure this group will force him into the difficult adult independents who are considered more likely to be attracted to Vice-Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney.

CNN: The Final Push, Q4 2012

Washington DC – With only a week to go until the Presidential Elections Obama and Biden are looking weak with a real catch-up needed now to scale the phenomenal twelve per cent lead Ron Paul holds over him that has remained consistent across several major national polls. The fact has hit the campaign hard with the period since, what is now being called, the reunification of the party continuing to show Obama slipping down the polls as the Republicans finally find an individual with whom they can rally around. Some are unhappy still within the Republican Establishment, the National Rifles Association in particular, however they are still following what seems to be the general consensus that a Republican in office is better than Obama, even if it is Ron Paul.

The Obama campaign internally has been hit badly as well with many of his team again coming out to criticise him for his management with others feeling that perhaps he needed to make a change to revitalise his campaign by ditching the likes of Clinton and Biden who were labelled “2008 material” and not fit for this years election.

In the District of Colombia itself already preparations are beginning to be made for the post-election work including temporary accommodation being readied for any Paul Administration should he win the election allowing Obama’s team to move out. Then of course there are the major preparations regardless of candidate for the big inauguration events that will occur in January.

CNN: Presidential Election Call, Q4 2012

Washington DC – Ladies and Gentlemen it is my privilege on behalf of CNN to confirm that we are now ready to call the Presidential race, we have approximately eighty-per cent results in now and as you can see it is showing a good lead to Dr Paul over Obama and we are now prepared to state that he will win the Presidential election. We anticipate at this stage that he will take at least 280 electoral votes, over the 270 required to win, President Obama comes in we anticipate with around two-hundred and twenty or so.

So yes…our forty-fifth President ladies and gentlemen. The candidate himself I am told is at home in Texas, as you know he did not join his running mate Mitt Romney in the capitol this evening and instead prioritised the last eighteen or so hours in his home area, the 16th Congressional District to meet with what are now his former constituents helping his son take that seat, our team in Dallas has stated that have called that particular seat in Ron Paul Jr, or Ronnie Paul,’s favour and that he will be joining congress. We therefore will have not only our oldest President to be sworn into office but also the only one to concurrently serve with one son in each Federal House.

Lake Jackson, TX – “We can now cross directly to Lake Jackson in Texas where the Paul Family has assembled, we have seen some massive operations in the area over recent months with the US Secret Service moving, obviously they protect both the candidates and now his two sons – against some protest from the candidate initially – and obviously the media is massed there now and we can go straight to our reporter who is nearby to the Paul Residence.”

“Yes thank you Wolf, now we were told about twenty minutes ago by the security here that an announcement would be made in about quarter of an hour, that’s now obviously passed but we have seen movement over the past few minutes so we expect the candidate to arrive shortly…and this looks as if it is going to be it. I don’t know whether you guys can see this, if we can just zoom in on that doorway over there, we have a couple of agents in suits and there we have him the President-Elect, it looks like he is going to be flanked by his two sons – we don’t know whether or not this will be a joint release Ronnie obviously has not made his victory speech yet – and it seems that will be it, no wait it appears a few of the kids are coming to, that’s William Paul Rand’s son and that is Lori Paul his eldest daughter, also a doctor, who appears to be accompanying the kids I doubt they will be joining him on the podium but we’ll have to see…”

“Alright we’ll give them a second to get ready there, obviously we are seeing a big difference to the Obama announcement not big stages here.”

“No, not at all Wolf, as it has been said Paul spoke to many of his supporters and they congregating at other rallies and meet ups at venues across the state, he said he wanted to be with his family and here they are. I think really he wanted to see them all together for one final time because there are going to obviously be some big changes, it will not just be Granddad cutting the Christmas Turkey this year that’s to say.”

I will state that I have no intention of claiming office until I have spoken to the President himself, should he cede defeat then I shall coordinate with him as to any official announcements but at this stage its coming on midnight, I reckon I’ve got a big day tomorrow and these kids really need to get to bed or three of us are going to be in trouble with the wives so I am leaving it for now, you can say what you like. I anticipate Mitt making an address to my cohort around the nation from Washington this evening.

Romney Addresses Supporters – Outside of the Republican National Headquarters the Vice-Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney delivered his victory speech noting that Americans can rest easy assured that the failings of the last four years would be repaired by the new Republican administration with all arms of government in support; the Executive, Senate and House.

Paul’s Split-Up and Ship Out – Having assembled for their family gathering on the eve of their figureheads victory the Paul Family quickly divided into their major roles with Ron Paul heading to Washington DC to finalise the processes of his Presidency and complete his House of Representatives term, flanked by son Rand who would be addressing the Senate in-between visits to his base in Kentucky. Carol Paul remained behind with daughter Joy who it was announced would be caring for her mother in Lake Jackson with Representative-Elect Ron Jr.

Troops Celebrate Victory – Across the globe the US Armed Forces broke into celebration of the election of troop’s favourite Ron Paul to the nation’s highest office with many already eager to head home when their anticipated shipping orders come in.

Obama Concedes Defeat – Addressing a less excited crowd than he had done four years prior the President stated that whilst his term was brief he feels the successes were evident throughout and hopes that his Presidency will have a legacy to match. In terms of his future it is anticipated that he shall remain in Washington DC to avoid having to relocate his daughters again during their schooling but no firm career plans have been identified. Washington DC – With the US Secret Service conducting what will be one of their largest ever missions, preparing the Presidential Security Detail for the next President of the United States several key appointment delegations were announced for what will form the preliminary cabinet of Ron Paul’s Administration. No surprises were there when Jon Huntsman, a former candidate, was unveiled as the Secretary of State sending off a reliable image to a department that is unsure as to its future, Gary Johnson the former Governor of New Mexico and Libertarian Party candidate takes on the Treasury portfolio as was anticipated and will be charged with the mass reforms to the US Federal Reserve. Jim Forsythe, a former New Hampshire State Senator and Air Force Officer, makes a surprise appearance in the Defense Portfolio in what is considered by many to be a gamble for such an important role however have some have pointed out Paul’s policy in this field does call for such, and Judge Andrew Napolitano moves into the role of Attorney-General as had been long predicted. Also confirmed to be within the cabinet but at unknown positions, remember the cabinet reforms will make some changes, are Chuck Baldwin and Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina Governor. Tim Pawlenty, another 2012 candidate, has also stated that he has received the offer of a job from Ron Paul in an as of yet unknown capacity believed to be a non-secretary appointment of some sort.

Campaign staffers from the Paul Campaigns will move over to the White House as is the norm alongside several from the merged campaigns; Romney, Huntsman and now presumably Pawlenty, although the majority of those will stick with their candidates new staff bodies. As part of personal budget cuts the President has said the staff at the White House will be reduced as deemed necessary when he gets into office, as a preliminary move the staff of the First Lady usually numbering close to a hundred in the modern day will be reduced to a dozen, under the control of Joy Paul as Special Assistant to the First Lady, which will include her personal staff, at least one medic and a transport coordinator with the main aim to pack light thus allowing her to move easily around the nation in an effort to stay in contact with her family.

Washington DC – As part of the key transition from President to President-elect the General Services Administration provides funding and access to facilities to the incumbent administration. In 2008 with Barack Obama this came in the form of a $12 million budget, $5.2 million from the Federal Government itself, providing manpower of nearly five-hundred people. In keeping with Dr Paul’s ideas though this has been, on his orders, drastically cut with the Federal Government only to provide approximately four million dollars that will cover the whole program; with a two million dollar investment from the Paul Campaign as back-up if required. His staff shall consist of only two hundred persons, the majority coming from the campaign staff, and all of whom in a position to take on further responsibilities. The Obama Administration has already pledged support to the incoming team stating that they intend to match in full the actions of the Bush Administration which were highly commended for the effort put in, a specific request from President Bush who was concerned about the support he was given by the Clinton Administration in 2000 and 2001.

The Departments of Commerce and Labor have been merged again as a cost cutting measure in line with Paul’s policy. Housing and Urban Development, Energy and Education are all to be abolished and thus no cabinet portfolios shall be made for them. The Department of the Interior will remain in some form taking on some responsibilities from the abolished Departments that are required to be in Federal control.

CNN: Norris Unveiled as Secretary of Homeland Security, Q4 2012

Washington DC – Once considered by former candidate Newt Gingrich as a possible Secretary of Attack in well-known Twitter joke the martial arts expert, actor and conservative commentator Chuck Norris, known for his internet memes, has finally been convinced to join cabinet picking up the Homeland Security portfolio. Norris, who stated that he liked aspects of both Gingrich and Paul during 2011 eventually supported the prior but was ‘disappointed’ with him over the scandal that he claimed ‘nearly led us to another four years of Obama’.

Speaking alongside the President-Elect the Secretary-Designate stated he would prioritise the return of liberties to the people of America at airports and other transport hubs in line with the Presidential policy to abolish the TSA and return power to the airports themselves, he also stated that border security both coastally and with Mexico would be prioritised as well commenting that the Coast Guard should not have been allowed to get as old as it is. It was his speech ending however that really inspired Twitter and other forms of social media to jump into a frenzy; “And as a final message to anyone out there involved in these sorts of criminal activities, my name is Chuck Norris, if you don’t know who I am look it up, it’s my border now and I intend to defend to my fullest capacity.” With commentators taking to all forms of media to express their views on the situation; “Chuck Norris has to lead the Coast Guard, the carriers would feel small if he were SECDEF.” One quoted with others stating, “There goes the cheap Mexican labor.”

CNN: A future for America, Q1 2013

Washington DC – When declaring a Presidency to be so declarant on the future of the nation we tend to look at the young leaders, charismatic men who sweep to change against the aging dynasties. With Rom Paul there is an exception, at noon he became the oldest President to be sworn into office, yet this is not a man who won office on the backs of his own generation, far from it. The crowds that adorned the streets of the District of Colombia for the inauguration and parade were college students, Generation Y, the majority were all under thirty as they stood their banners in hands to welcome the man who they claim will restore their liberties.

Barack Obama, escorted by his wife Michelle and two daughters, made a dignified exit. Here was not a President who had lost office by his own means, the blame passed onto him by Americans could be argued as unfair but even then the force of change that Ron Paul has brought, igniting the Libertarian in us all, would have still been unstoppable. The decision on the legacy of Obama will be an interesting one, his ethnicity will remain yet his polices look set to bite the dust as Obamacare is thrown out the Oval Office window. Many will look back at Osama Bin Laden, probably his greatest triumph but will he be a mere footnote in a saga of that precedence. Only history shall tell.

Paul though looks set to be a figure that will dominate the history books as the technological marvels that dwarfed our society were introduced people such as Steve Jobs look set to be immortalised as heroes of a generation, the men who led the change. An the President with his willingness to support such change, to maintain the freedoms and liberties the internet craves for, looks set to follow in their footsteps.
