Have you played any edition of 21c before? No, I have not.
If no, how did you find 21c? A few players on WorldAtWar mentioned this site from time to time, and I have checked it out before. As there are little to no valuable nations available for new members, the exclusive secluded nature of the RP has prevented me from joining for the last six months; why would you want to join something that seems almost unjoinable? However, as I am currently unable to get anyone on any of the RP sites I am a member of to do anything except whine and moan about a lack of activity, I figured I might as well give this site a try. After all, what do I have to lose except a few minutes of my time?

Turkey, Egypt, Venezuela, and North Korea are available.

By the way, it's generally frowned upon to set up your factbook before being accepted. I'm going to wait to accept you until you confirm that you'd rather stick with Canada.

What makes you think 21c is secluded, exclusive, and unjoinable?

Are you thinking that it is secluded and it is unfair that all the 'valuable' nations are claimed becuase we were here when the nations were selected, and the people that have been here for a while got their choices? Well that just isnt an argument.

I think 21c is actually very very open and welcoming.

Cut the spam.

Don't you love spam...

If you are questioning my statement, simply PM me and I will be glad to elaborate therein.

**************

As to my claim...What do you think would be the best nation for the RP? Rather, which one would be able to contribute the most to the site?

Turkey and Egypt are looking nice...Venezuela if I wanted to screw with the US...but North Korea? Yeah...I don't think so.

The reason I chose Canada was it is a nation I am somewhat familiar with it's politics...

Turkey would be nice, since Carlito just left. If you're up for it, that is -- there's nothing worse than a player being forced into a position just to lose interest and leave.

@Zactarn: I sent you a letter, too. Quit whining.

If that's the case, be aware that Turkey's currently engaged in a war.

http://z9.invisionfree.com/21c/index.php?showtopic=5017

That's quite a bit to read, obviously. Necessary reading for you would be as follows:
Turkish ORBAT
Turkish Preparation
Turkish Operational Orders

And Turkey's news and foreign affairs thread, obviously.

You mean to tell me that if I chose Turkey, I will be forced to RP activities to which I had no relation to?

I watched them strap him into the seat and shut the door. He might of looked a bit nervous about it but that was about all. I really believe that he knew he was going to be in hell in fifteen minutes. I believe that. And I've thought about that a lot. He was not hard to talk to. Called me Sheriff. But I didn't know what to say to him. What do you say to a man that by his own admission he has no soul? Why would you say anything? I've thought about it a good deal.
