The Foreign Affairs Building located in Khartoum, Sudan had been decorated very accordingly for the upcoming meeting. The entire building had Ethiopian flags, statues, and Ethiopian cuisine. The 2nd Vice President was sitting in his office, waiting for the Ethiopian representative to arrive.

Ato Seyoum Mesfin entered the building with an aide. He remarked at hew the interior was dressed up with Ethiopian colors and smelled Ethiopian food wafting from down the corridor. He took a seat in the waiting room and the aide sat adjacent to him.

"Send him in" said the 2nd VP into his phone. Followed by his secretary replying "Will do, he is on his way".

She walked over to the two people sitting down and signaled for them to head on in.

When they entered the VP simply said "Hello".

"Hello, I see you have taken a lot of effort to dress this place up. Any reason?"

"Just to make it seem more home-like for you while you are on your visit. Now onto buisness, I wish to know where your nation stands on some of the many on going conflicts in the world. To start, how does your nation stand on the Chadian conflict between our nation and theirs?"

"We are watching the situation, but have not formed an opinion really yet. We have our own issues in Somalia to deal with before looking north."

"That is understandable, but if this situation escalates, all of our nations may be effected."

"We will keep that in mind."
